Types of industrial microwave machine

FPH developed a series of microwave machine: tunnel microwave machine, cabinet microwave machine, and vacuum microwave machine.

1. Tunnel microwave machine
Tunnel microwave machine is also called assembly line microwave equipment. It is generally used for the processing and production of products in large quantities that require continuous operation for a long time and have no special requirements in the working environment.It is suitable for drying, sterilization, puffing, heating and thawing in food, chemical, bamboo, mineral, building materials and other industries.

2. Cabinet microwave machine

Cabinet microwave machine has a small footprint and small output. It can be used for processing small batches of products or materials with large sizes. It is suitable for make experiment or experimental projects in scientific research institutions.

3. Vacuum microwave machine

The vacuum microwave dryer is more complex in design, higher in cost, higher in drying efficiency and better in drying quality than microwave drying equipment at normal temperature and pressure. It is mainly used for the drying, sterilization, extraction and other production processes of heat-sensitive materials. Since it is carried out under vacuum conditions, it ensures that the products are produced at very low temperatures to avoid changing the characteristics of the materials.
